Envision Diagnostic Center - our state of the art facility is now open as of March 2, 2011.  With the many different insurance changes, it is getting difficult to provide testing services to our patients.  Insurances are requiring patients to go to diagnostic facility for several different types of procedure that your providers may order.  This has been a long time planning and finally we are able to offer our patients a state of the art facility to go to for several different types of testing.  Some insurances are still processing our application for participation so if your insurance is not affiliated at this time, it should be in the very near future. 

Some of the testing available now are:  Mammograms; Ultrasounds; Dopplers; Echocardiograms; Stress Echo's and Bone Density.  Within the next couple of weeks, Nuclear studies and EMG's. 

The hours for the center are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.  Once staff and and additional hours are needed, evening and Saturdays will be added.

We offer many diagnostic procedures in our office.  These include EKG, X-ray,  PFT (pulmonary function testing), Colposcopy, Nasolaryngoscopy, liquid nitrogen, physical therapy, minor surgical procedures and fracture care. 

Our Ultrasound techs have moved to the Diagnostic Center.

Dr. Gowman, Cardiologist, will see our patients on Friday afternoons at our new Diagnostic Center.

Dr. Sellers, OB/GYN, is in our Five Mile office on Tuesday afternoon (once a month) to care for any gynecological needs as well as three days a week at our Diagnostic Center.

Dr. Prieskorn, Orthopedic Surgeon, will begin seeing patients on Thursdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm to care for your orthopedic needs.  You will schedule your appointment through our office and see him at the Newburgh road office.

If you have any questions regarding any of these procedures, please speak with a member of our staff.  Because of the many insurance plans that we participate in, we are unable to perform some of these procedures on-site due to insurance restrictions.  Please check with your insurance plan prior to any procedures being performed.
