Practice Administrator is Karen Bilbia.  She has been with Livonia Family Physicians and Dr. Selznick since 1984 when the office was originally located on Professional Center Drive. Karen has two grown sons and three grandchildren.  Her days are spent working endlessly for the practice and evenings and weekends enjoying her family, boating and traveling.

Laboratory Supervisor:   The Laboratory Supervisor is Patty Mortensen. She has been with Livonia Family Physicians since 1991. Patty is a 1980 graduate of Northern Michigan University with an Associates Degree in Medical Technology. She has worked in the clinical laboratory field for 28 years. When not in the lab, Patty is involved in many volunteer community activities in Livingston County. She is co-originator and coordinator of the Fish and Loaves Program which provide meals every Sunday for disadvantaged and senior citizens. She is also the President of the Board of Directors of a United Way partner agency which provides recreational, educational, social and spiritual programming for people living with disabilities. Patty is the proud mother of 3 children and 2 step children and a grandmother to a beautiful little girl.
